Whaddaya mean how would I know stuff about Snoop Dog? I buy all his albums. And go to his concerts. So there.

I think Tate Martell, the erstwhile Buckeye/Hurricane QB is also from Bishop Gorman.

Re: If you could change the result of one Penn St. game, which one?

I would have to go with the 1979 Sugar Bowl, simply because it was the one that ate up Joe for such a long time. And, Joe had his flirtation with the NFL - so he was not going to go anywhere. If I could change the result of one game that affected PSU the most, I would go with the 1995 Miami-Nebraska...

Re: What other cfb venues have you been to & are you planning on a PSU road trip this year?

I have been to all Big Ten Stadiums except the Minnesota Stadium and Rutgers Stadium. I am going to the Minnesota stadium this year. Probably Rutgers next year. I have also been to Rose Bowl Orange Bowl Stadium (Mia 1999) Joe Robbie/Dolphins Stadium Louisville Stadium (the old one before the Pizza G...

Re: What was your toughest defeat as a Penn State football fan?

I was once again in Cali in a bar (PSU was playing Oregon in Rose Bowl) when Costa missed a wide open WR going down sideline for a sure TD - a lot of PSU people in the bar and the air went completely out of the room as everyone knew any chance at MNC fell to the ground with the poorly thrown pass. ...

Re: What was your toughest defeat as a Penn State football fan?

1979 Sugar Bowl vs. Alabama 1986 Orange Bowl vs. Boz, Switzer and OU 1991 vs. Miami (the game at home where younger Sacca throws the ball directly to the Miami DE) 1999 vs. Minnesota 2013 vs Indiana 2015 vs. Temple 2016 vs. Pitt 2017, 2018 vs. OsU and MSU Clearly I hold onto these issues... As an ad...

Re: How many national championships would Joe Paterno had won if he had the playoff system?

1968 and 1969.

Conversely, if PSU would have scored a dozen or so more points against Pitt in 2016, OSU and MSU in 2017 and OSU and MSU in 2018, then the last three Penn State teams would have probably made the playoffs and had a chance for the NC.

But I digress.

Re: Michigan Football: Elite or Overrated?

Over rated and over valued.

Not only just 1/2 of one National Championship since WWII, but no Conference Championships since....2004.

But, Harbaugh does lead the nation in racking up international frequent flier miles.

Re: 2019 Recruiting Thread

No it's a good answer. You just don't agree with it, because you are obsessed with the idea that there is some sort of conspiracy in play. That's the only bullshit here. Moving on, looks like Phil Galiano has left the PSU football program for an NfL opportunity. If you are interested in the special ...

Re: 2019 Recruiting Thread

Three years after high school is still a good idea. The way a players body changes from 18-21 is far more dramatic and important for football players than it is for other sports. An 18 year old out of high school simply does not have the physical attributes to go against a 28 year old NFL player. An...

Actually, I think next year is the last year for Modern Family. But yeah, she will have some free time. So that's nice.
