Looks like Tom Dienhart of the Sporting News is in our corner! Great article that made me smile with the knowledge of a media guy actually dissing the Domer faithful!

I'm sure the intern who decided to post that on MSNBC is about to get his *** tasered by the powers that be in the Rainbow Room.

Good good. I'm ready to vomit already. I think we've got a great chance to beat them next year. I hope they're #1 at the time too.
Anyone look at that picture of the dancer dunking? Ha!

Just keep in mind that he's the same guy who wrote this.

Yeah, I know...but anyone who writes Notre Dame and vomit in the same piece has redeemed themselves in my eyes!

So I decided to play Penn State at ND on NCAA football 2005. Now, keep in mind this was the 2004 team and on that game it's basically impossible to pass. Quick recap: -The first half ended at 0-0. I started Robinson over Mills and he couldn't hit any open receivers. When he did, they dropped it (but, that's the games stupid fault) -After missing two earlier field goals, Robbie Gould gave us the 3-0 lead with 50 seconds left in the game. Game over right? -Nope. After sacking Brady Quinn twice to put them at their own 5 with 36 seconds left, Quinn threw up two prayers in a row. He was like 2 for 18 the whole game, then completes a 45 yarder to get them to midfield and another bomb for a TD on the next play. Final score 7-3. -I've never been so ashamed of my video game skills. I've won countless national championships on that game, yet I couldn't score more than 3 points.
I can't wait for the new NCAA Football to come out. We'll actually be good.

You could also "update" the ratings and names on your current version...

See the problem is I erased my memory card for that game for some other game I got, so all the good players I had recruited aren't on there anymore. I hope DWill is sick in the new one.

Umm 06 is out. We're decent on there if I remember correctly. I'm so far into my dynasty that all the players from now are long gone.

One more reason that I want to see us anihilate the Domers is that the guy (who's name I can't repeat due to the image that comes to mind which I've been asked to never share again & is synonymous with an antiflatulence treatment long used as Scottopus's avatar) reportedly just said on the Cowturd show that the Domers were going to kick our a$$es.

Talk about somebody lacking credibility...
Didn't he say that Ron Powlus was going to win multiple Heisman Trophies? Or was that Musburger?

Weis shows his true colors and how classless he is. I don't EVER recall Joe commenting in such a fashion when one of our players left to concentrate on academics. Easy for him to say a kid can handle both the requirements for a degree in architecture and football requirements! This article reaffirms my disgust for Weis and what his kind represent in CFB. He seems more worried about everyone knowing that he "bent over backwards" for the kid than the pressures the kid was feeling. This imo is something he should not be discussing with the press other than to indicate the kid has left the team to focus on academics & wish him well.

Sorry ... I don't see anything wrong with what Weis said. He didn't go public first ... the kid did. He simply wanted to make it clear that the kid wasn't being pressured to choose football over academics.
