I wouldn't get too excited yet.

Too late.
Alex Cora sucks. Mickey Callaway sucks. Baseball sucks. Everything and everyone just sucks. Is it football season yet?

I think the game would be better with just helmets and undies.

Or helmets only ?
So I got that going for me...which is nice. It's a cross between Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent and Northern California Sensimilla so you can play 36 holes on it,take it home at night and get stoned to the begesses belt

Barkley is one of the featured athletes in the Sports Illustrated "Bodies" issue. PennLive has some photos. The guy has the body of a god. We all know he was already a stud in college but with the training he's done to prepare for the NFL that is one impressive looking human being.

I think I'm now supposed to post "not that there's anything wrong with that".

ah - yea - that kinda came out wrong.
Unreal Barkley never got a Heisman invite. But I guess he is feeling ok about life nowadays.

and - there is nothing wrong with that.

Agreed, mountains of cash is better than a trophy. You can burn a trophy to keep yourself warm.

Saw a report from Giants preseason camp. Barkley's new teammates are commenting on his freakish physical build, very strong and close to the ground, low center of gravity. He is a physical freak among physical freaks according to them. Can't wait to see him perform, pray he remains uninjured as he did during his career at PSU.

Reminder - the Barkley NYG era starts tonight at 7PM Eastern.

Based on reports I have read I wouldn't expect him to see more than a few series. reports have basically been of the charts positive for him and Will Hernandez (OL picked 2nd round) and both should be starters. Definitely a buzz around the NYG camp this summer.
